Keystone Resort was originally constructed by the Ralston Purina Company in the 1970s, and is now owned by Vail Resorts. The Keystone Resort ski area offers 117 ski runs spaning 3 different world-class ski mountains with the only night skiing in the area. Keystone offers several summer and winter outdoor activities including skiing, snowboarding, ice-skating, cross-country skiing, dog sleigh, and snowmobiling. Summer activities include hiking, biking and fishing.

Keystone is the closest major resort to the Denver International Airport and is only a 20 minute drive from Breckenridge and Copper Mountain Resorts.
