New Snow, More Ski Terrain/Real Estate Breckenridge

A great holiday snowstorm blanketed Breckenridge real estate in the Colorado Rocky Mountains this week.  It came with perfect timing.  Breckenridge Ski Resort opened Peak 10 on Christmas Day, adding 61 more acres of snowy ski terrain.

Now is a wonderful time to take a look at ski real estate in Summit County, while the region’s five ski areas are all open.  Breckenridge ski resort has 15 lifts running.  They access 72 trails.  The resort offers four peaks and 1262 skiable acres – more than any other ski resort in the USA.  A large area of advanced and expert terrain including several back bowls opened.

Keystone Resort has 19 less accessing 59 trails and 1169 it acres.  Copper Mountain utilizes 16 lifts to access 65 trails and 682 skiable acres, Arapahoe Basin is using five to access 20 trails through 242 skiable acres, and Loveland Ski Area is running five to access 14 trails and 231 skiable acres.
